When booking a place on a workshop, payment is required to secure your booking.

Cancellations with short notice, 3 days or less in advance of workshop date will result in the loss of payment. Cancellations prior to this time may be given the opportunity to move to an alternative workshop date or time. Cancelling two weeks or more in advance may be eligible for a full refund.

Requests to change a booking must be made at least 3 days before the workshop date and are subject to availability.

Refunds will only be issued in line with the cancellation notice period above. Any approved refunds will be given via the original payment method.
